Refund, exchange, or repairs may be available in the case of a wrong or damaged item. These cases are handled individually based on the issue at hand and the needs of the customer.

I do not provide refunds or exchanges for change of mind. I do my best to accurately depict and describe the items in my shop, please make sure you check photos and read descriptions thoroughly before completing your purchase to ensure you are buying the items you want. Feel free to contact me if you have any questions about a particular item.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please get in touch as soon as possible. You can contact me through my business pages on Instagram or Facebook, or through the contact page on this website. If using the contact page, please use the subject line 'Damaged/Wrong Item' and include your name and order details so that I can easily find which order is yours in the system. I may ask for photos of the item you received in order to help resolve the problem. Photos help me to properly assess the damage (eg: if the item is able to be easily repaired or not) so that I can give you an appropriate choice of options to move forward with. We can then work together to get the issue sorted out for you in a way you are happy with, and make sure that your experience remains a pleasant one.
